The ideal candidate for this position has 2+ years’ experience in the manufacturing sector, pays strong attention to detail and is committed to workplace safety.
Responsibilities:
– Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties
-Set up machinery and ensure all material are readily available
-Control and adjust machine settings, inspects parts with precision and measuring tools
-Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.)
-Follow established safety rules and regulation
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator
-Ability to read blue prints
-Analytical Skills
-1+years CNC experience (preferred)
-Strong knowledge of machining in a manufacturing setting.
-Understanding of production and procedures.
-High School diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.

In this position, you will maintain Phoenix Precision Machining’s quality standards through finished product checks. As an exponentially growing company we are searching for dedicated inspectors. A team-oriented individual with a willingness to learn, highly analytical, and an eagerness to be productive.
Quality Control Duties and Responsibilities:
- Approve final in-process checks by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating any non-conformances to Quality Supervisor.
- Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests
- Document and update inspection results by completing reports
Quality Control Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office
